Modernizing the “front door” without adding complexity

NEOMO Health Group wanted a practical way to support three fundamentals of day-to-day access and administration: online booking, digital forms, and secure communication that fits their existing environment. 

In their pre-Ocean workflow, forms were handled in person and completed by hand. That meant intake work was concentrated at the clinic—often right before (or during) the appointment—adding friction for patients and creating extra steps for staff.

Rather than trying to “optimize” paper, NEOMO focused on moving common forms upstream—so patients could complete them before arriving.
